Over the past 19 years Ken Tinnes has been involved with over 2500 new home projects.  Since 1999 KT Design has created over 1100 home plans ranging from 1200 square feet to luxury plans over 9000 square feet.

Upon graduating in 1989 with a degree in architectural drafting from Southeast Community College in Lincoln Nebraska Ken has gained a vast amount of experience in the design, planning and drafting new homes.  While working for several design and architectural firms Ken has gained the knowledge needed to become proficient in the architectural drafting and design field. 

Founded in 1999 Ken Tinnes Residential Design (KT Design) has become a leader home design in the Omaha metro area.  KT Design has grown from 1-2 builders to supporting over 20 builders and working with numerous home owners and real estate professionals.  Along with designing over 1100 homes KT Design has designed several award winning "Street of Dreams"  homes and his designs are regularly chosen for spring and fall parades.  Ken is dedicated to design excellence by providing complete and accurate home plans at a reasonable rate.
